No offense,but God it’s funny how people actually think Nelly sold 14 million records,it was 9.2 million records sold worldwide on his first album,6 million sold on his second outing,and from there he has not sold more than 4 million on one album.
His remix album(The one with the classic video) only sold 1,200,000 copies,Sweat Suit sold 4 million(combined).Unless Nelly has some other secret album that has went platinum,that is it.

50 Cent sold (roughly) 12.3 million on his first album,and 9.8 million on his second outing.Add in the Get rich Or Die Tryin soundtrack which sold 3.2 million copies,Gunit album which has sold 5.1 million records to date,and it’s plain to see-50 Cent has sold more records than Nelly.

The main reason 50 doesn’t attack Nelly DOES have to do with sales,but it’s from the other angle;He doesn’t beef with him because “Nelly has sold more records”(This is the false claim made by many),he chooses not to beef with him because Nelly has sold ALOT of records in a short period of time-like he has.
No other Hiphop artist since the millenium has sold 9 million copies of one album EXCEPT for Eminem,50 Cent,and ofcourse,Nelly.This is why Fif doesn’t take shots at him.
