Is R.Kelly Today’s Marvin Gaye???
According to the NY Post, R.Kelly has stated:
“My greatest competition is, well, me . . . I’m the Ali of today. I’m the Marvin Gaye of today. I’m the Bob Marley of today. I’m the Martin Luther King, or all the other greats that have come before us. And a lot of people are starting to realize that now.”
Does the man deserve the right to make these claims, or is he smoking on something?

If you gonna compare anyone to Marvin it would be Kells. Which I dont think he officially came out with one, but Kells greatest hits CD might be the best one of any artist of all time. You might need 5 cd’s to cover his greatest hits.

r-kelly is the king of r&b hes been making hits since the early 90’s while other singers like usher just really made it big off that one cd confessions or singers with a little successs like bobby valentino sisqo etc.. yall cant name no other r&b singer for todays generation that has had a constant stream of hits and has written other people hits like r-kelly people just hating on him everybody think he a rapist he been through controversy just like every other celebrity has at the end of the day kells is that dude when it comes to music no matter whats going on in the media or his personal life everybody in the biz trying to collab with kells r-kelly king of R&B

Hov said he’s the mike jordan of rap, Kells is saying that he’s the Ali/Martin Luther of r&b and the Marvin Gaye of this era.
