Darrell Roberson came home from a card game late one night to find his wife rolling around with another man in a pickup truck in the driveway.
Caught in the act with her lover, Tracy Denise Roberson — thinking quickly, if not clearly — cried rape, authorities say. Her husband pulled a gun and killed the other man with a shot to the head.
On Thursday, a grand jury handed up a manslaughter indictment — against the wife, not the husband.
Assistant District Attorney Sean Colston declined to comment on specifics of the case or the grand jury proceedings but said Texas law allows a defendant to claim justification if he has “a reasonable belief that his actions are necessary, even though what they believe at the time turns out not to be true.” Full Story
Damn this is some GRIMEY stuff. A Wife that not only cheats on her husband but then lies and says she is being raped. She ruins a lot of lives just because she wanted to get laid. It looks like she will get what she deserves from the legal system, she should get life for this. I’m going to have a real hard time getting married, too many grimey people in this world.

the fucked up thing is this dumb bitch could have gotten away but she let her daughter answer the phone at 2am and the baby told her daddy mommy is outside with some man…that nigga tried to drive off but her husband let the truck have it, he almost killed her too, i think the whole shit is fucked up because the lover was a good dude and the husband was a good dude the bitch deserves what she gets because her greed tore her whole world apart.

It’s called sinning for a reason. The woman was wrong, but people get killed for cheating, hell people even get killed bcuz they were cheated on and they weren’t supposed to find out. People get killed for looking at a person the wrong way. That’s why you don’t play part in one of the deadly 10. If you ask me they both got what they deserve. Let that be a lesson for all the people that say “hey everybody cheats.” everybody doesn’t die yet from it but this world ain’t getting younger it’s getting older and grimier watch your back.
