Business Not Going Good For Damon Dash
An analysis of Dash’s various holdings, which range from fashion to entertainment, turns up more misses than hits.
Dash’s CEO clothing line has yet to take off, reality TV show “Ultimate Hustler” aired for one season and bombed in the ratings, and his foray into Hollywood with the movies “State Property” and “The Woodsman” has not produced box office hits, though DVD sales have fared better.
Meanwhile, Dash has pulled the plug on his State Property sportswear line and fledgling record label Damon Dash Music Group, according to spokeswoman Amanda Silverman. “Music is not where the money is,” she said.
He still got bread, but he is not caking like before.

dat nigga said he got enough money to pop tags every day for the rest of his life. no more private flights? dame dash was worth close to 250 million in 2000. he has his own plane. do u know how much he sold roc-a-fella for? how much he sold roc-a-wear for? industry money is totally different. dis nigga gets a check every week from somewhere. like a 50,000 dolla check. dis nigga got guap. dont let the headlines fool you. he just not puttin enough money into some of the businesses he hasnt sold

home boy is still making a profit. just because he is not making as much as we thought or as was estimted, doesn’t mean that he’s not making money.

this nigga got money but not the type of money he brag about. he prides himself on being a hustler but he got hustled. his cash flow aint the same as when him and jay was in business together. he not making that type of money any more. and for him to be flying first class and not private jet is a step down, he was the one always braggin about the guap.
