Does Akon need to simulate sex on the stage to have a good show? Maybe he is not as talented as he publicly portrays himself to believe.. He couldn’t actually have a dance routine… I’ve seen many shows/concerts where the sexually simulated acts are tasteful to the audience and the participant. But, this is what being an artist has come to and what young America expects of artist… I could go on and on… but, this is why hip-hop is in a state of questioning its integrity from all opposing forces. the same way hip-hop got many people out of oppressive frustrating situation is the same way the ARTIST are going to place them back in the situation
That young girl is just following what she seen in music video’s. She wanted to be on stage with Akon the star. Everything is about sex in main media so how is she supposed to present herself at a party. She did what any youth would do to see Akon perform at a local club. shes not a victim what so ever, why was she in a 18 plus club at 14. i dont feel sorry for her at all, and you can tell by the way she dresses and that she is a jump off. This is all about money, stop labeling her a victim, she is what old timers call “fast ass little girl”

I agree with the previous comment by #5 about Akon having to do this. He isn’t Luke…
Akon getting in trouble because he’s a grown man, but best believe this shit happens at kids shows too. I remember going to see B2K (forgive me for that lol) and they were grinding on girls on the stage. Picking them up and putting them on the floor, simulating sex. In some places, you can be arrested and charged for simulating a sexual act.
I agree that the club should be punished because they let her in there. She needs to learn something from this too….if you wanna be grown, you need to accept grown consequences that come with it. Everyone is questioning her ethics and her morals, she’s been called a ho. Akon probably looks at her as a jump-off up and down.
I just hope everyone learns from this and move on.
