we need some kind of hip hop committee to regulate the songs as they are released.
like the hip hop administration. and they have rap inspectors that listen to all the music before it is released mainstream. the inspectors should determine if the song is indeed worthy of airplay, and if it is the artist shall receive a hip hop license.

i would be the first to apply for the inspector position, and this song would be the second song i deny a hip hop license.
first would be the shop boyz with rockstar.

They should have their on genre of music thus not related to hip hop. And they can keep it in their region.
