Recreation of the We Fly High Beat
Damn it seems simple as hell, I know creating it is not that easy. Always had an interest in how beats are made.

Thats a casio you don’t want that, If your really trying to do production go get yourself a Fantom X or Motif es to start. You mite ba able to find them used and get it at a cheaper price.

1200 – 2000g’s I know it’s a lot. You could also try some computer programs like REASON or FRUITY LOOPS. 9th Wonder uses fruity loops and he produced for Jay-Z.

Well I’ll give it to you like this……budget wise…FL Studio or Reason are the way to go. FL is a lot more user-friendly and the learning-curve will be quicker compared to Reason. Buying the equipment can be expensive and takes more time to consume to be real with ya’ll. But the dividing line comes where there’s cocky producers out there thinking they’re the shit and knocking down beat-makers using programs to beat-makers thinking they’re producers when that’s all they use is programs. I can agree with some to a point where you’re not a real producer when you’re not developing skills in all areas of music production and equipment. But you can use programs to do the same thing as any other beat maker. For the most part if you are first starting as a beat-maker and want to step up to becoming a music producer, I’d start out with a keyboard/MPC or just use FL Studio.
