Lmao…..Bill o’Reily has a point. First off, SECULAR MUSIC IS SECULAR MUSIC, PERIOD! But when you look at the hip hop/rap genre….these rappers/minstrel acts help concieve and glorify negative stereotypes of Blacks and portray violence/sex/drugs…Negativity almost 95% of the time, but then again you can’t really blame a whole genre for destroying the face or art of MUSIC or influencing crime because that would be unfair. At the end of the day it’s up to the parents to know how to raise their kids and to teach them that what is portrayed on tv, movies, and music videos isn’t a total glimpse of REALITY and that these entertainers do what they do for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only.

I agree with Nathan when he says that music is very liberal and its a form of art and artistic expression and freedom and is influenced by an artists experiences/feelings ect. However, there comes a time when some artists, particularly rap artists have to draw the line and realize that they have the power and influence over the mainstream and need to be a little bit responsible with what they put out.

female dog? garden tool? i am SO tired of people who got nothin better to do than to criticize the youth of america and especially the hip hop industry. they took the song out of context and always misinterpret everything to fit their own moral, self and political standings. this makes me mad……

  6. Logic Says:

The worst part about the whole thing is how, Bill O Reily singles out ONE song, which was meant to be humorous, and proceeds to assume that the rest of the album isnt good. What about “Runaway Love”, which he attacks serious issues, not to mention the other songs that are good. Bill get ur facts straight, and stop trying to undermine Hip Hop.

  7. $lim aka pistol pete Says:

And degrading women in their songs videos.Slim you are an idiot for saying that. Many black men won a grammy. Earth wind and Fire, Stevie wonder, Outcast, and countless so SHUT THE FUCK UP with that shit.I wonder why some like Lil Rich can sell units for a retarded ass song while Lupe can’t even go gold.Thank God for Kanye for real. 14. Thabo Kuzinya Says:

I love hip hop and I grew up in it. I now think as a hip hop fan we do need to grow, artists need to grow they need to show respect to themselves and other people. The N word is a big no no no to me now. If we as black people dont show respect to ourselves then who will. Rappers do need to be educated, besides most of them are doing this not because of the love of the music but to run away from illegal ways of making money and poverty.
